What is the turnaround time for our gallery?
Clients receive a peek gallery within a few days of their wedding date, enough to see each portion of the day! Completed wedding galleries take 4-8 weeks, portrait sessions take 1-3 weeks.
How many images do you provide?
Typically wedding galleries have 650-1000+ images. Hours of coverage, amount of photographers + details and guest count are all factors in the final image count.
How far in advance do you suggest we book our wedding date with you?
The sooner you inquire & book the better as I take on work up to 18 months out.
When should we schedule our engagement session?
You will want to keep seasons of the year in mind if you want something specific, you will also want to keep in mind your save the date cards if you wish to use your images for those.
Do you provide prints?
Final images are provided via Pixieset online gallery, you can easily order prints directly from your private gallery at your own convenience.
Do you charge travel?
I do not charge travel on wedding coverage unless the location of your wedding requires me to book a hotel and / or a flight, this is determined on a case by case basis. If you aren’t sure if your venue requires travel, just ask!
What is your editing style?
I make it a goal to keep my editing consistent from wedding to wedding, however I do adjust slightly to each day and it’s specific style & color pallet.
Do you require deposits? When is payment due?
Wedding: Yes, $800 non refundable deposit is required, this is collected along with the return of the singed contract. Final wedding balances are due 30 days prior to wedding date.
Portrait: Yes, $100 non refundable deposit to hold the agreed session date, balance is due the day of your session. If your engagement session is included in your wedding coverage contract, I do not require a separate deposit.
Do these prices include tax?
You will not be charged sales tax on your wedding coverage unless you order a tangible album.
